Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using this site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound to this agreement. Copyright Information

This site is copyright protected. Any textual or graphic material you copy, print, or download is licensed to you by Ms Jinx and/or its subsidiaries for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided that you do not change or delete any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices. Ms Jinx or its licensors owns all trademarks and logos and you may not copy or use them in any manner without first receiving written permission from Ms Jinx. Those who choose to access this site from other locations within the UK, etc do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Ms Jinx shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Ms Jinx Studios Ltd. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Ms Jinx shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or PayPal account in the amount of the incorrect transaction.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, E-check or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Shipping

Orders are mailed within 2-7 days after receiving the payment. No notification will be sent upon receiving the order or when shipped. Service within the UK is and should arrive within a few business days. Shipping Internationally is done with standard AirMail which can take up to 8 weeks for some far away countries like Australia, but you can make a request for Priority or even with Courier, by writing to jinx@msjinx.co.uk right after placing your order (additional funds will be required).

Returns

Since we want all of our customers to be happy customers, we will gladly take returns. First, send us an email at jinx@msjinx.co.uk within 14 days of the receiving your order (preferably with photos showing damages). We’ll work out the problem and get your correct or shiny new item on out to you ASAP. We apologize for any inconvenience the order has caused.

Do you sell any products at wholesale?

Yes we do. We are happy to engage in new retailer relationships. Please write to jinx@msjinx.co.uk to talk to us about carrying our products.

What kind of paper are the digital prints printed on?

All prints are printed on high quality, heavy, gloss stock paper, and range in size. Most common is, 12”x16” in and digitally printed.

What medium does Ms Jinx use to paint?

Ms Jinx: “My paintings are done with acrylics, oils and mixed media. I love creating textured pieces which make the viewer want to touch “.

What does Ms Jinx paint on?

Ms Jinx: “I paint on a mixture of surfaces. I like to experiment with a variety to see the different outcomes of my pieces. I like the way different surfaces give my works depth”.

Does Ms Jinx paint digitally?

Ms Jinx: “Yes, I love the different effects you can get digitally that is difficult to reach when painting traditionally”.
